Abstract
This study employs bibliometric analysis to examine the progression of HR practices in remote work from the
beginning of the epidemic till now. The investigation employs VOSviewer and R software as analytical tools to examine scholarly
articles from 2020 to 2024. It tracks the changes in HR strategies, policies, and technologies as organizations adjust to a
geographically scattered workforce. The findings demonstrate a significant change in HR practices, as traditional methods are
being replaced by new frameworks prioritizing digital tools, employee well-being, and flexible work arrangements. Notable
trends encompass the incorporation of artificial intelligence, the emphasis on mental health, and the creation of hybrid work
models that blend remote and in-office labor. The study emphasizes the need for a robust organizational culture and sustaining
productivity in remote environments. This bibliometric analysis offers valuable insights into the changing landscape of HR
management, providing recommendations for future research and practical applications in the era following the epidemic. The
study emphasizes the necessity of constant innovation in HR strategies to effectively tackle remote employment's persistent
obstacles and potential advantages.
