Abstract
The study investigated the relationship between customer service and organizational growth, for the purpose of this study, the data was extracted from the ten selected
electronic computer enterprise Mogadishu- Somalia, here and we analyzed the data by simple correlation analysis. In the analysis, it is found that there is appositive relationship between customer service and growth. Thus, high service quality, effective service speed and responsiveness lead to high level of organizational growth. In other words, customer service has positive relationship on organizational
growth.
