Abstract

This volume contains the proceedings of the 2012 Academy for Global Business
Advancement (AGBA’s) 9th World Congress held at the Ajman University of Science and
Technology, Ajman, United Arab Emirates on March 19 – 21, 2012. Papers selected for
presentation at the Congress and for inclusion in these Proceedings have been double-blind
