Abstract

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leadership styles
and Organizational performance case of some selected telecommunication companies
in Mogadishu-Somalia. A list of 100 staff and management working in two
telecommunication companies in Mogadishu was obtained to be participating in this
study. The objective of the study was to analyze the relationship between
transformational leadership style and organizational performance at some selected
telecommunication companies. And To determine how transactional leadership styles
has affected labor management relations and productivity in the selected area of
study...The study was conducted through survey; data is collecting using
questionnaire. A significant strong relationship was found between Organizational
performance and transformational (r=0.802, p=0.000). The result further indicated
week positive significant relationship between organizational performance and
transactional leadership style (r=0.272, p= 0.007)
